Every order is processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard international shipping then usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on where you are. If you need it sooner, choose the expedited option at checkout.

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address, so you will see the exact charge before you pay. There are no hidden fees added afterwards. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your local customs authority. Those charges are the responsibility of the recipient, so it is worth checking your country’s import rules before ordering.

Your tracking number is in your confirmation email. Pop it into our Track Your Order page any time. Tracking normally goes live within 24 hours of dispatch — before that it will show as pending, which just means the parcel is packed but not yet scanned by the courier.

Yes — you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. It needs to be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Email info@sterlhub.shop to start a return and we will send you a label and instructions. Please do not post anything back before requesting a return, as we cannot accept it. Please check your parcel as soon as it turns up. If anything is defective, damaged, or simply not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will assess it and put it right.

Every product page lists the age guidance and what the toy is made from. As a rule of thumb, anything containing small parts — micro building blocks, puzzle pieces, marbles — is not suitable for children under three. If you are buying a gift and are unsure, message us and we will point you at something that fits.
